- Seeded Half-Baguette 140 g
- 3 sliced goat's cheese
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- 2 slices of Bayonne ham
- 1 handful of sliced mushrooms
- Olive oil
Preparation steps
- Cook the fresh spinach for a few minutes in a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cut the half-baguette in half lengthwise.
- Put the wilted spinach on the base.
- Fry the mushrooms and add to the sandwich.
- Add the slices of Bayonne ham.
- Put the goat's cheese slices on top.
- Close the sandwich with the top of the bread.
- Gently press to keep the ingredients together.
